HOLY SHIT cont...

So people found out today. They saw it on the intranet and asked me about it so i told them and then there was an akward silence after which was filled by thats"bullshit" and "i cant believe it".
I understand why they are upset and if i were them i would be to but maybe now they will realize that its not about who has been here the longest its about who is willing to work hard and i think i deserve it.
After that they turned to each other and asked if they wanted to go out side for a ciggerette and left me at the table to have lunch on my own. Its sad to admitt it but i started crying, i know things are going to changer and now they will treat me differently.
Will write more later.

Don't worry about what people think about your new role Cassie. Be proud of achieving it! I'm sure if they had worked as hard they would also have been offered a role.

Loll its the same role but the only difference is the people paying me and now i get sick days and annual leave and i have job sercurity.
The other girls are rufusing to talk to me and when i make an effort to talk to them they keep ignoring me. I know i shouldnt worry but i am so stressed out i have lost my appitite. It will all blow over soon- i hope. (they are good at keep grugers) |
